PROFILE
- Working closely with our client, HSC creates a portrait of the ideal candidate – his/her skills, education, experience, and personal character. With an exclusive search contract, a weekly report is provided to verify that our analysis of the position is in keeping with our clients’ objectives.
SEARCH
- HSC conducts a comprehensive, exhaustive search, combining through networking and sourcing, file information, strategic advertising, and other sources at our disposal.
SCREENING
- Qualified candidates are screened against the agreed-upon profile. HSC conducts preliminary interviews, verifies credentials, ascertains acceptability of the candidates, and continues other research activities until we have located the best possible candidates for our client.
SELECTION
- Once our recommendations have been forwarded to our client, HSC acts in an intermediary capacity. We also assist with scheduling, interviewing, finalizing negotiations, and other transitional activities.
